From the very beginning, Justin and Jill were so kind in answering all of our questions and updated us as our Ellie Mae was born and also sent us pictures and videos until we were able to bring our baby pup home. It was truly such an amazing and bonding experience to share in all that and see how she had grown week to week. Our Ellie Mae is the sweetest new addition to our family and we couldn't be happier! Working with Jill and Justin at Providence Kennels was fantastic! From the very first contact with them, they have been so patient and willing to answer ALL of our questions for us newbies to the puppy world. Throughout the whole process, they have been very upfront, transparent, and willing to accommodate to our ever-changing schedule. We actually weren’t able to get our puppy from our original desired litter due to a small litter. However, Justin and Jill were quick to reach out and offer an alternative solution to get a puppy from another little that were born around the same time. Then later, due to a busy work schedule, they were able to work with us to accommodate an alternative pick up date.
